In the summer term of 2026, the Just Transitions Law Clinic will be offered under the title “Academic Freedom in Times of Right-Wing Normalization.” The seminar is open to students in the bachelor’s programs in Political Science and Sustainability Studies.
In the winter term 2025/2026, the Just Transitions Law Clinic will be offered under the title “Beyond the Law – Life in Illegality under Residency Law.”
In the summer term 2025, the topic of the JTLC will be ‘Homelessness and (social) human rights’.
In the summer term of 2026, the Just Transitions Law Clinic will be open to students in the Political Science (Bachelor’s) and the Bachelor’s program in Sustainability Studies.
In the winter term 2024/2025, the JTLC will focus on the topic of ‘Law against the Right’ - specifically the role of law in the fight against right-wing extremism.
